Hero Realms $5K Championship Qualifier Rounds

Qualify for the Origins 2022 Hero Realms $5,000 Championship in this five round, double elimination tournament. Players who finish with zero or one match loss will win a playmat and earn an invitation to the 5K Championship! Promo cards to all participants! Games will be provided.

Who is Pre-qualified?

Everyone who has won a Hero Realms Legend Series is qualified to play in the $5K. Also anyone who had a platinum or diamond level character in the Hero Realms Digital App as of May 12th.

Duels is an easy-to-learn two-player starter set. It’s perfect for new players, is a complete game on its own, and is fully compatible with all other Epic sets. Duels uses only four keywords and includes a step-by-step walkthrough for beginners. While it focuses on simpler gameplay, it is balanced with other Epic sets and is still a great addition to experienced players’ collections.

Robot Quest Arena is a 2-4 player deck-building board game of robot battles! Your battery cards give you the energy to move, power your weapons, and buy powerful new cards for your deck. Navigate around the hazards of the arena, and blast your opponents to score points. Destroyed bots respawn each round, so you’re never out of the action! Alliances are made and broken! The robot pilot with the most points at the end of the game wins!

Superhero or Supervillain? In KAPOW!, players go head-to-head in a classic explosive clash of good vs. evil. You choose to be a villain or hero, which determines your starting trait dice and unique abilities. You can gain additional blank “action dice” that have removable faces that that you customize to your liking to best enhance your character. Behind a player screen, you roll dice, then allocate them to attack, defense, and power-up abilities. The combination of choosing how to grow your dice pool, how to customize your action die faces, and how to use each roll leads to a satisfying, strategic showdown.

Hero Realms is a fantasy-themed deck-building game that is an adaptation of the award-winning Star Realms game. The game includes basic rules for two-player games, along with rules for multiplayer formats such as Free-For-All, Hunter, and Hydra.

Sorcerer: A Strategy Card Game is set in what the company describes as a grim, gaslamp lit world full of fantastic, mythical creatures and sorcery. Designed for two to four players, the game pits two ancient beings of great power against one another to determine which of their lineage are strongest. The players use sorcery to conjure minions, cast spells, and wield enchanted items to reach the game’s goal of conquering three battlefields.

The summer convention circuit is right around the corner, and we would love for your help! Wise Wizard Games is in need of volunteers for both Origins 2022 and Gen Con 2022.

We are calling on all active Wizard Apprentices to aid us in demoing games at our booth. Limited positions are available, and will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Wise Wizard Games retains final approval of all applications. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
