Wise Wizard Games Announces Seeker Chronicles, a Science-Themed Strategy Card Game, Launching at GenCon 2025
Sudbury, MA — April 22, 2025 — Wise Wizard Games, renowned publisher of hit games such as Star Realms, Hero Realms, and Robot Quest Arena, today announced their upcoming publication of Seeker Chronicles, a highly thematic game featuring iconic scientists. The game will be exclusively available as a pre-release during GenCon 2025 (July 31 – August 3, 2025), with a full retail release scheduled for August 12, 2025.
Designed by OneStone Studios—a team with over 20 years of expertise in physical and computer sciences—in partnership with the University of Innsbruck, Seeker Chronicles combines an immersive theme with innovative gameplay mechanics.
Seeker Chronicles Gameplay:
Draft your Seekers and immerse yourself in an elegant blend of resource management and strategic duels. Players lead the greatest minds in history in dynamic, deck-drafting battles, racing to complete the three stages of scientific discovery: Hypothesis, Evidence, and Conclusion. Players cycle through their decks three times to achieve victory ahead of their opponents.

- Stephen Hawking, The Visionary: a combo deck with Black Hole, Accelerating Expansion, Solar Sail, Spacetime Curvature, and more.
- Richard Feynman, The Teacher: a fast and efficient deck including his Forgotten Lectures, Schrodinger’s Cat, Quantum Vortex, and Flux Pinning.
- James Clerk Maxwell, The Lightbringer: a control deck featuring Speed of Light, Maxwell’s Demon, Strange Attractor, and Butterfly Effect.
